Compliance Labs & Capital Ltd is a specialist business consultancy and credit broker based in the United Kingdom. We are not a lender.

Services Provided

We provide two distinct categories of service:

• Compliance Infrastructure: Administrative processing of CIS, VAT, and Payroll data via our proprietary 'Payment Firewall' and 'Compliance Labs' protocols.
• Capital Placement: Acting as an intermediary to introduce commercial clients to a panel of institutional lenders for Asset Finance, Invoice Finance, and Business Loans.

Whose Products Do We Offer?

For Capital Placement, we offer products from a restricted panel of lenders (including but not limited to Close Brothers, Aldermore, and Bibby Financial Services) who specialize in the construction sector. We do not offer a whole-of-market search.

Fees & Commissions

Compliance Services: Charged via fixed monthly retainer or annual fee as per your Engagement Letter.

Brokerage Services: We do not charge you a fee for introducing you to a lender. We will receive a commission from the lender upon successful funding. The amount of commission varies by product and volume. Disclosure of exact commission amounts is available upon request.
