The Firm provides technological protocols to mitigate risk. However, final responsibility for tax reporting and CIS compliance rests with the client's directors. Our total liability is capped at 100% of fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be settled through exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
